2 of the 3 rooms we booked AC air didn’t work. They could not make it work right or move us to a different rooms. It’s was a nightmare. Front desk very unprofessional and incompetent to resolve our situation. We want our full money back.

Todo estuvo muy bien desde el principio, la limpieza, el personal y los servicios.
La única anotación que hago es que estuvimos ahí 4 noches y no nos cambiaron toallas todos los días, teníamos que reutilizar las mismas. Y otra situación es que en una habitación éramos 3 adultos y nada más nos dejaron 2 toallas.
