We booked 2 rooms. The rooms we were given were in the basement (lower ground floor). One of the room had a strong unpleasant smell and we were forced to share one room. Expedia, after discussing the situation with the owner/manager Mr Shani, have written, promising a part refund for the room we were not able to use but now weeks after, have reneged and offered no payment. This is most disappointing especially in light of the inconvenience and the dishonesty.
