However, one of the representatives stepped in and got my daughter a room while continuing to take care of the issue on the backend. I was so grateful and she was traveling alone and got in late. I don't know the young man's name but I really appreciate him going over and beyond to make sure she we were taken care of. Great customer service and comfortable stay!
