Trip was amazing and room was excellent! The only gripe was I wasn't able to adjust the air so it stayed at 60 degrees.

Our first room: the AC did not work. Got moved to another room and the AC was a LITTLE better. Room never got below 73 degrees when it was set to 66. The balcony door didn’t close right so since it was eco friendly we are assuming that’s why the room never got cooler. The cable was broken for the tv so we had to have maintenance come AGAIN to fix that. No money was deducted for our inconveniences. Outdoor bar closed way too early. For what we paid, it wasn’t worth the stay.

The hotel is in need of renovation. The shower had no water pressure, and the water was either not working, scalding hot, or freezing cold, with a leak that lasted all night. I called twice for repairs, but nothing was fixed. Definitely not worth the price.

When we arrive it was snow and ice in the front of the hotel. They didn't try to clean up for the cars it was a mass out there!!!. The water in the shower was cold. We had to report that at front desk. But Other than that the room was clean.

We booked the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort for 3 nights as a little getaway for our family. The hotel was beautiful and the staff incredibly friendly. Our room had a king and queen bed, which was a big bonus for our family of four. The room had a balcony and a view of the ocean. We did not end up eating at the hotel restaurant, but did look at the menu and there were lots of choices. The hotel has direct beach access and a lovely pool deck area. We definitely will consider coming back during the warmer season. The only downsides to the hotel were parking cost not being included (it was an additional $14 per day) and the fan vent in the shower was very dirty. Neither of these are deal breakers and I am sure the dirty fan vent was simply an oversight as every other aspect of the hotel and our room was clean and enjoyable.
