Had a 7 night stay here for business. Excellent hotel at an affordable price - good location with lots of food options nearby. Still conveniently placed for business meetings too. My preferred hotel in Singapore.

Stayed for 9 nights, my room was very well maintained and the housekeeping staff were great, nothing missed and very considerate. Reception staff provided great service at check in and with any enquiries during my stay. The breakfast was really lovely, so much to choose from for every guest from all different countries, The restaurant staff were all very charming, helpful and efficient... well done!

Mary at the front desk is particularly good-mannered and helpful, very efficient at check in on 25 June and helping to retrieve lost items after we checked out on 27 June.

Royal Plaza is perfectly located at the top of Orchard Road and adjacent to the MRT. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom had a separate shower and bath tub, and the staff were all super friendly. I have stayed at Royal Plaza numerous times and will definitely be back again!

8/10 Very good

The location was very convenient, close to the station, which I really appreciated. The view from my room, however, was not very impressive. I was also disappointed that the room didn’t have a bathtub. For Japanese people, a cold toilet seat is quite hard to tolerate, but I suppose it can’t be helped for now.
