Bed skirt had what appeared to be brown spattered stains that could have been coffee or bodily fluids. Comforter had a big stain, and the bathroom smelled of urine. Mirrors and shower were dirty as well. Didn’t even unpack our bags, checked out after 5-10 minutes in the room and booked a different hotel. Was told it was up to the manager if we’d get a refund and he wasn’t there.

The room was clean and large. Some minor upkeep issues (for example, the desk chair has a loose arm rest and the hydraulic lift would not keep the chair up). The temperature of the pool water was too cold. The equipment in the gym does not appear to be maintained (for example, the cables on the weight machine are stripped and appear that they could snap at any time).

I used my Expedia points to stay over this hotel 1 night. I was going up to Maine to take my sister to one of her appointments because she has cancer. I tried to look online for a 1/2 way point and came up with Best Western Plus the Inn @ Hampton. When we got to the room, it had a horrible stench to it, the carpet was falling apart, and the wallpaper was falling off the wall. They also gave us the last room on the floor, which was by the ice machine, the staff’s utility closet. At 7:00 AM the stag
