Checked in was terrible on Sunday. There were no receptionist. Door was locked. There is phone number listed. When called no answer, but after 4th calls someone picked up phone, but didn't speak English. We kept speaking and able to understand that key was in a box with room number and that's how we got into our hotel. It is clean and nice, but no Air Conditioner or fan. Room is directly hit by sun and room is hot during day tiyand nights time because it was 90 deg F. Night time kids were craying. Did not slept much. Not a great experience.

Komplett alt und treckig. Vielen haaren auf den Boden, Blut auf den Wand. Toilette mit vielen Kalkar. Katastrophe. Kein kaltes Wasser. Frühstück war auch sehr schlecht, teuer und weniger Optionen. Spinnen überall.

Zimmer eine Zumutung. Am Ende eines langen dunklen Flurs gelegen. Muffiger Gang. Badeinrichtung schmutzig, mehr als abgenutzt. Bettlaken fleckig. Das Türschloss war wohl bereits mehrfach beschädigt worden. Die Haustür in das Wohnhaus, in dem sich das „Hotel“ befindet, stand permanent offen. Es konnte jede/r in das Haus rein. So dass auch ein Obdachloser sich im Hausflur zwischenzeitlich zum aufwärmen aufgehalten hat.
Musste mir eine andere Unterkunft suchen, das war nicht zumutbar. Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort … für knapp 130€ die Nacht?!?
Bei der Schlüsselabgabe am nächsten Morgen hat das den „Rezeptionisten“ null interessiert.
„Dann ist ja alles gut, wird ja über das Portal bezahlt“ das war die Antwort.

Ich war für eine Nacht in Mannheim. Check in hat wunderbar auch nach 20 Uhr funktioniert. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Nachts lief jemand im Flur ständig hin und her und redete und vom Geräuschpegel war es als ob die Person mitten im Zimmer stand. Wasser im Waschbecken lief schlecht ab und an der Decke jede Menge Staubfäden.

Falls man keine Ansprüche an seinen Aufenthalt hat und nicht zu viel Geld zahlen will genau das richtige. Betten waren sauber und frisch bezogen. Das war es dann aber auch... Im Bad fanden sich neben den Haaren der vorherigen Gäste jede Menge Kalk, zerbrochene Steckdosen und eine Dusche die das komplette Bad Unterwasser setzt.
Im Schlafbereich klebten der Tisch und die Fernbedienung schon aneinander, keine Ahnung wie hier gereinigt wird.
Immerhin der Service war zuvorkommend und nett.

Katastrophe dieses Hotel, total verschmutzt. Die Bettlaken waren schon benutzt. Nach zweimal Zimmertausch sind wir ausgecheckt. Bis heute haben wir keine Erstattung erhalten.

Alles andere als toll
Nach dem einchecken ins Zimmer gekommen und da hat einen der Schlag getroffen.Ziemlich staubig der Boden,das Bett mit irgendwelchen Krümmel darauf,der Wasserhahn hatte Seine besseren Zeiten hinter sich und von der Dusche ganz zu schweigen.Als man es an der Rezeption mitgeteilt hatte ohne irgendwie unfreundlich zu sein,ist der Herr schon da komisch gewesen und hat uns gefragt was für eine Lösung wir als Gäste hätten.Es wurde uns gesagt,dass man sich schließlich drum kümmert.Als wir am Abend zurück kamen und das Zimmer betreten haben,war der Zustand immer noch der gleiche außer,dass der Staub vom Boden weg war und erst recht das ganze Zimmer verraucht war.Erst da ist uns aufgefallen, dass es nicht einmal Rauchmelder im Zimmer gab.So sind wir dann mit offenen Fenstern in der Nacht im Zimmer geblieben.Am nächsten Morgen,sind wir wieder zur Rezeption und da war ein anderer Herr der nett und vernünftig war.Nach dem berichten unserer Seite aus,stieg bei ihm der Blutdruck,da es für ihn selbst nicht verständlich war weshalb es so verlaufen ist.Er hatte uns gebeten gegen Mittag noch einmal vorbei zu kommen und er es an den anderen Kollegen dann weitergibt.Nachdem man am Nachmittag da war,war wieder der her am vor Tag da.Es war alles andere als schön verlaufen,es hatte sich so zugespitzt,dass er einen vorwarft im Zimmer geraucht zu haben und dann noch hin beleidigt zu haben.Da wurde für uns der Punkt erreicht wo wir das Hotel verliessen ohne 2 Nächte,sind dann in ein ordentliches Hotel
