Will never stay again!!!!
When we arrived the elevator was out of order, the man at the front desk was of not help and told us to take the stairs as we approach the stairs, there is a man with a joint in his mouth. Another man came and assisted us with our luggage. The room was okay but there was a stench of smoke on the room and the walls. There was some kind of gunk in the bottom of the tub. The next day our room key was unusable since the man don the night before only did it for one night. So the very kind woman at the desk, re keyed the card. It was just one inconvenience after another. We were in town to bury the matriarch of the family and we drove up from the South.

Caution—beware
Caution-Beware- Do Not Stay at this hotel…unless you like the cops to come regularly, rooms not restocked, security doors that do not lock, marijuana smell, caution tape on a room, elevators not in service, people living and cooking in their rooms, smoke detector covered up, and the fire department that is called routinely—waking us up at 1am with no sirens cause they knew it wasn’t an emergency. I never give a terrible review but this one deserves 0 stars!!! Hotels.com cannot get them to answer the phone to confirm our refund.

Worst stay ever.
Asked for ada accessble room was given reg room.the bathroom was filthy, no toilet paper in room, had to go ask and was given 1 roll so ran out on last morning. Had to ask for towells, there were no tissues in roo. There were no cups for coffee maker, there wernt any type of cups in room. It seems there are a lot of permenant residents. Also peopla sleeping in lobby. We had stayed here in past but it is very run down now, so i believe we will look for non choice propertys i. Future.

Our Stay was wonderful! The lobby was so elegantly decorated for the holiday and the front desk was very attentive and so helpful. The hallway had a wonderful clean scent as well. The room was super clean and all the linens were bright and crisp. Our only comment was there was no trashcan in the bathroom. That’s it. Everything else was amazing and we will definitely stay here again
