Stay away from Dancenter rentals

The house was not cleaned or ready for guests. Upon arrival, the table, chairs and kitchen had to be cleaned. There was sand everywhere, the sink filled with water, a bag of melted icecubes in the freezer and other things. So I called Dancenter who was the host. I was not offered a cleaning and I had a clear deal with the guy in customer support that I should not pay for a cleaning when the house was this sorry. Never the less I have been charged for a cleaning and accused for messing the house. Despite all the photos, videos, e-mails they still want me to pay. I have never been treated so badly and ignored all evidence.
