I was not reserve this hotel for family
The service was very good, but the hotel is not clean, they gave me a bad room, very close to a next Bar which has a high volume, because I was alone, they do not give me a good room. as well the room was very unclean, and the Cushions were very stinky. the bathroom is not safe!

Lovely comfy spacious room
The room was comfy and spacious. The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage with them before check in. The swimming pool was great. The breakfast was great. Our only issue was that the bar wasn’t staffed and when it was staffed they didn’t have a good selection ie didn’t ice tonic so couldn’t have. Gin and tonic.

Good hotel- TERRIBLE NIGHT RECEPTIONIST
After travelling all these years, I have met the rudest hotel receptionist in my life. I’ve booked in this hotel for 4 days and on my last night, 26th of May, we were asked to come on the reception and “have our id’s copied” despite I have done mine already. My bf, who is an Israeli, come to the hotel only on the last day of booking so I asked him to go down. It might be that they want ID and also I was tired as it was 11 pm at night. To our surprise, this receptionist was trying to wrongly charge my BF 830 Nis for “VAT”, as an israel citizen. My BF had to come back to our room to get his credit card pin, he was just planing to pay it to get over with it as the receptionist was “disgusting” (my bf’s words) to him. Upon knowing this, I called back the receptionist and my god my bf is right. At 11.30 PM he insisted that we come down to pay the 830, accusing us of not wanting to pay, raised his voice and eventually threatened us of sending the security manager in our room (which never happened). But imagine the stress we went through. I told him call your manager and I will only talk to him, he said he was the hotel’s “vice-manager”- good for him, bad for the hotel and costumers. We waited the next day and I came to the hotel-desk 1st thing in the morning and ask for their manager, enraged of course. They were very understanding and apologetic of what I went through with the night receptionist. The VAT turned out to be 116.98 only, not 830 he was trying to haggle from us.
