Housekeeping didn’t bother to check our room, we left dirty towels on the floor when we left and when we got back at 10 pm they were still there. Went to the front desk and asked for new towels, apparently a washing machine quit and they were short of towels, gentlemen working said he would get me some, got tired of waiting and went to bed at 11 pm. Threw the dirty towels outside our room door at 11 pm and they were gone in the morning, I had again go to the front desk and ask for clean towels. With the pool/hot tub closing at 10, we were unable to use it, that was one of the man reasons we booked there.. Breakfast was ok, same type of potatoes 3 days in a row.. best western I’m sure you can do better

This was your second time staying here. Our first time we were in a pool side room and it was fine. Our second time thr tub wouldn’t drain. I went to the front desk. The front desk employee was so rude about it. The hot tub wasn’t “hot” and they do not enforce the 15 people in the hot tub rule even though they have staff in there. There were a TON of kids in the hot tub. And the jets didn’t work.
