A 49 sqm one bedroom with a sliding wall to separate a bedroom and a living room. The unit is on the 4th floor and not facing the other unit. The furniture is all teak. The condo is well equipped with 35/15 Mbps internet and portable water system . All our listings serve as our 2nd home, they are equipped with everything one would possibly need while traveling. The quality of all the items is the same with, if not better than, what we put in our own home.
Our place is a 49-sqm one bedroom with a sliding wall in trendy, and rapidly gentrifying Nimman road area of Chiang Mai. The building itself is just open. We have upgraded the unit with custom made teak furniture to enhance your experience. Please note we have 4 listings in the same building.

Nimman (local short name) or Nimmanhaeminda (map) is well known among local teenagers because it's adjacent to Chiang Mai University. Also many people love to enjoy various things like dining, spa relaxation and hang-outs till late night.

I offer a flexible check in, but reserve the right not to offer a check in before 2pm on the day of arrival, should the room require preparation from a previous guest's stay. Additionally if a new guest is arriving on the day of departure a check out of 11am would be enforced.
