Pros: This hotel was centrally located to downtown Hollywood to The Bowl & Universal Studios. You can walk to downtown & The Bowl. It’s fairly close to everything if you want to take a quick drive somewhere. Location is good Cons: Parking is $20/day extra. 1 elevator for the whole entire building. Parking is a tight squeeze for SUV’s. Some construction going on, it started about 7am. Everything is compact. This facility serves a purpose & it’s decent.

Cold water walk up
The staff is very friendly Love the location BUT we could only get luke warm water in the bathtub . They sent maintenance to fix the situation and was told to let the water run after 15 to 20 minutes no improvement . We tried the next day with the same result such a disappointment as everything else was great

Honestly location great for Lyft users, close to Universal Studio. I always stay at Best Western and this is the first one I ever encountered without a free continental breakfast. Very disappointing and the water pressure in shower along with the temperature of the water (warm never hot) sucked.

This is my second time staying at this Best Western. Very easy check in process! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking feels a little tight but also very safe. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Easy access to many attractions in LA. There's a Mexican restaurant/cafe next to the Lobby downstairs and there's also a TGIF inside the hotel nextdoor. There's also a pool and Jacuzzi downstairs that looked very clean but we didn't use it since it was pretty cold outside. I will definitely continue staying at this hotel for any future trips.
