The staff was very friendly. The room was lovely. There were a lot of pools. There was a fridge in our room that was empty ( no stocking of water, sodas or beer) as in every other all inclusive I’ve been at. And, there was no way to wrap up food you hadn’t eaten, to put in the fridge for another meal. So, having the fridge added nothing. Just a tease. The buffet was closed at the Tamarijin for dinner and it would have been nice to have it open, rather than having to go to the Divi. Tons of seaweed (not the resorts fault). You need water shoes at the Tamarijin for the ocean due to lots of rocks in the ocean. Sometimes hard to find chairs in the shade.

This is not the place to stay if you have kids or if you expect a modicum of customer service. Little to no accommodations made for them, they’re catering to seniors at this resort. Lots of rules that don’t make sense. You can use the pool but you can’t exchange your towels at that pool even though they have towels you have to walk another quarter mile. The front desk operates like it’s out of the last century no self checkout. No business center, no concierge — yes there’s a concierge but only to make reservations for the all inclusive hotel restaurants. Don’t ask staff where anything is they don’t know, so untrained and not helpful. Let’s not even talk about the disaster of the breakfast and lunch buffets. If there’s only four of you and ur sitting at the six top table because there’s no four tops left expect to be chastised by the staff. Overall whomever runs this place is more than likely a staff who grew up in the ranks and has never worked in a true hospitality org or has had any exposure to a modern resort experience. a lot of money for lots of restrictions, disengaged staff and backwards policies.

Tam is an oasis away from home!

Beautiful resort! awesome oceanfront views from all rooms. The food was amazing with views of ocean! Cocktails on point with so many choices! Staff is super friendly. Only thing I would change is the bed! The mattress was hard as a rock! They need to upgrade them! Ask for 2 bed toppers to add some cushion.

We were on a family vacation and everyone had a fantastic time. The food was amazing and the having access to snacks at the bar and grill really was great for the kids. Our second time there and will definitely go back! The staff couldn't be more friendly and ready to assist. We also felt very safe on the resort. Highly recommend it!

The property was very quiet and relaxing. It was a beautiful area. Every single room is oceanfront and there was never a problem getting chairs on the beach. The food was decent but relatively good for an all-inclusive. Dinners lacked quality a bit, but breakfast and lunches were awesome. Still solid, but would recommend planning ongoing off the property for a few meals. The wait staff at meals were great and the housekeeping was exceptional! However, we found we felt like a burden whenever we asked for help from the front desk (for simple things such as ordering a taxi). Besides the front desk, the other staff was amazing! We would definitely recommend the Tam!!

Wait staff was extremely friendly and aimed to please. Food was better than expected. Transportation around the facilities was very good. The only negative was the beach area with first floor dwellers leaving their area full of towels, toys, and deflated floats. The sand was not raked once the entire stay.

We are really love this place. Food was fresh and delicious only need to make reservations for dinner at least 2 days before and every day you can get different restaurants we really love Asian restaurant overall all of them is good. Room was cleaned every day ,beach is beautiful and front of the room. Only one thing receptionist girls on front desk wasn’t that friendly not smiling didn’t explain us nothing in first day especially we were there first time that was not that nice overall was great vacation if you go with kids is the best resort. Definitely love it.

Only 1 coffee place where you could get quick snacks and it was far from our room. Poop by room was great. Beach was better at Divi compared to Tam. Saw cockroaches outside 1 night by pool all over. Hard to get dinner reservations but went in and was ok. If you like leisurely dining that's great... for us 2 hour dinners were not ideal.

The all inclusive experience was great and I will visit again. Very relaxing and amenities were more then enough. The restaurants had really good food and wait staff was excellent. The rooms are not luxury by any means but clean with a good view. Didn't bother us as we didn't go on vacation to sit in the room. Being able to visit the divi divi restaurants was also a plus and change of scenery. All added up to a positive experience.
