The perfect place to spend the cold nights in the mountains of Campos do Jordão! The most beautiful, tranquil property that has everything you need to relax. We can not say enough good things about this property! The staff were incredibly accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed- their friendliness made our trip! We spent 3 nights here in one of the suites, with jacuzzi tub and views overlooking the property and mountains. The room also had a fireplace in the bedroom, which we used every night. The pool was heated and quite enjoyable during the day- even with 60 degree weather during fall. We highly recommend this place and give it a 10/10- maybe even a 12/10… it was that amazing! Do yourself a favor and book this place!!

O local em sí em bem bonito, mas de difícil acesso e consequentemente difícil para Uber. É próximo a cidade mas o trajeto é bem ruim, estrada de terra com muitos buracos e pouca iluminação, se chover se lascou. Ficamos apenas um dia na estadia por esse problema e pelo fato do chuveiro não esquentar, literalmente água gelada! Procuramos dono por um tempo e não encontramos. Achei bem desorganizada a gerência. Na hora do ressarcimento o esperado, não tivemos!

Não recomendo a estadia na Mansão Austríaca. A acústica dos quartos é péssima, ouvimos conversas e barulhos de outros hóspedes a noite toda. Um casal no quarto ao lado retornou por volta das 23h30 nitidamente alcoolizado, gritando e gargalhando por cerca de uma hora e meia, e, mesmo avisado, o anfitrião não tomou nenhuma atitude efetiva. No quarto vizinho também havia duas hóspedes com três cães; elas saíram de madrugada e deixaram os animais latindo por quase duas horas, novamente sem solução adequada por parte do responsável. Dormimos apenas cerca de três horas e, com medo de passar por outra noite assim, decidimos procurar outra pousada. Felizmente encontramos uma nova hospedagem, silenciosa, com atendimento impecável, onde conseguimos finalmente descansar. Na Mansão Austríaca, o proprietário apenas cancelou o restante da reserva e reembolsou dois dias não utilizados, sem qualquer compensação pelo transtorno. Pela má acústica e pela postura antiprofissional do anfitrião, não indico a hospedagem a ninguém que busque descanso.

O lugar é meio de difícil acesso, mas os donos te atendem muito bem, a comida é boa, os quartos são bem arrumados, porém são muito menores do que as fotos mostram, e também não possuem nenhuma acústica, dá pra ouvir tudo dos outros quartos.

A banheira estava ótima, nossa anfitriã Gislene nos tratou super bem , contou nos a história de campos do Jordão e nos recepcionou de forma calorosa. Sugestão para melhoria é fazer placa indicando o local da pousada pois o número da pousada fica escondido o que gerouum pouco teve dificuldade para a gente encontrar o local certo.

O local é ótimo e as pessoas que nos recepcionaram tanto ao chegar quanto no café da manhã foram muito simpáticas. Um ponto negativo é com relação ao quarto de modo geral, pois além de ser um pouco apertado, também não conseguimos fazer a hidromassagem da banheira funcionar corretamente, pois a mesma jogava água para o alto. Pelo valor da diária, não esperava por esses pontos negativos.

O hotel é estilo guesthouse mesmo. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo proprietário. Estacionamento gratuito. localização é por estrada de chão e o acesso não é muito bom. Típico de propriedade localizadas nas montanhas em Campos do Jordão. A propriedade é uma graça. Tomar café e alimentar os esquilos ao mesmo tempo, é uma terapia a parte. O café tem poucas opções, mas tudo muito fresquinho. Faltou o suco natural de laranja, tinha apenas de melancia. No geral, é uma boa hospedagem.

A estadia foi maravilhosa, quarto confortável, café da manhã excelente (sem falar nos esquilos haha), local silencioso, o atendimento foi muito bom. Enfim, gostamos de tudo. Ah, a distância é pequena, pela localização e tudo que a casa entrega super compensa.
