Classic Mexico in the heart of Colima
I live in Mexico and have stayed all over Mexico. This is a lovely historic building in the heart of Colima. It was a large home that was convert to a hotel about 50 years ago. For people who are familiar with Mexican hotels they can range wildly in comfort and style. This is a classic, comfortable hotel. The restaurants on the roof are lovely. The rooms have nice beds with good linens. The plumping can be a little quirky but once you learn the secrets it’s fine. I personally have stayed here several times and would recommend it to anyone. The staff is very friendly and the extra bonus is the ice cream shop in the lobby.

El hotel es muy bonito, el staff es súper amable y servicial, hay mucho que ver a los alrededores y muchas opciones para comprar y pasear, algo negativo que noté es que las sábanas olían un poco raro y las almohadas por lo que no fue muy agradable pero de todo lo demás es perfecto, asimismo hay dos lugares con terraza en el mismo hotel en donde puedes cenar delicioso
