Holiday in Tbilsi. Best hotel and location to stay there. Staff from the check in to check out were extremely nice. Very close to Freedom square and close to most touristic locations. The road on which the hotel was well lit for Christmas which added to the beauty around the hotel

This was a very nice hotel in a great location. The rooms had a little wear but the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. I had access to the executive lounge which had free drinks (water, alcohol, and Pepsi) and food in the evenings which was very nice. The staff in the executive lounge were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

I was really impressed with this property. It was always super clean, the breakfast was amazing and the location was great. But what really put them over the top is that they noticed it was my birthday (from my passport at check in), and they sent me up a bottle of champagne and cake. So sweet to have someone think of me when away from home.

Everything was good. I was not happy about not getting an email response from Michael about getting flowers for my girlfriend before my arrival. I had to go look for a flower shop in a totally new country for me where not too many people speak English to buy her flowers. The hotel staff could have arranged it for me when I was willing to pay whatever it costs. Hotel should have a toll free number so it doesn’t cost us an arm and a leg to make the phone calls from other countries to ask some simple questions.
