Extremely Disappointed - Not worth the price
I was very disappointed with my stay. For the price you pay, I expected much better. The experience did not live up to expectations at all.
Old towels and bed sheets were left in the hallway all day and were still there the next morning. The in-room coffee machine didn’t work, and the ice machine on our floor was broken—we had to go all the way to the 7th floor just to find one that worked. There were also no robes provided in the room, which was surprising for this type of hotel.
The only highlight was the gentleman who checked us in—he was professional and welcoming. Unfortunately, that was the best part of the stay.

An hour line to check in
I’d arrive at least an hour early because that is what u r dealing with just to check in. Place is full of asbestos and keeps getting fined yet prices are still over inflated . Better off going to the hot springs that cost 17 rather than the 500 .

Lovely overnight stay!
The room was large, clean and had a nice balcony overlooking the lake. Only drawback... no smart TV and very few channels to from. We wanted to watch Netflix but couldn't as there was no option to connect to the tv. Pools were lovely, service was great.

Nope, not it $$$
Extremely overpriced for one night in an outdated building really you're only paying for the Hot Springs use and even then the water doesn't look clean and there's too many people in there. Upon checking in, there's only one robe so you have to call and ask for Moor. They also do not give you pool towels unless you ask for them which is redundant because most people are there for the Hot Springs. I was charged $29. I'm not sure what for probably the bottled water that we drink which I thought was complementary. Daily breakfast buffet is an additional $33 per person which is ridiculous for some pre-warm, scrambled eggs and bacon, oatmeal and pastries. Save your money and go for breakfast somewhere else in the village with more character. The building is extremely outdated for what you pay.

Relaxing Romantic Retreat
We had an amazing stay at the resort. It was my wife's 50th birthday and we got a room on the west side of the hotel facing the water. The view was incredible. The shower stall in the room was large. Everything was clean. The highlight was the hot springs outside. Fresh air and hot water. We slept so well after staying in the hot springs for over an hour. The hot springs for adults only was very comfortable. We also went to the indoor hot spring. The water is even hotter in there. Make sure you bring your flip flops (from home) and grab a towel and a bottle water (from the hotel room) to the hot springs. From the resort, you can walk to the lagoon and there's a great breakfast place close by called the Muddy Waters. Service was great and parking was close by. We would definitely love to go again.
