Last minute. Chose this over brier in kelowna
Last minute decision, and a very good one. Use of the pool before our check in. Big old school room, very cozy. Short walk to elevator amd pool. Love the adults only hot pool. Good buffet spread for breakfast. On pricey side for no hot omlettes.

2/10 Poor

Stay far away from here
This place is absolutely disgusting to say the least. The floors are nasty throughout the entirety of the building. The suites are non habitable, the roof In our suite was rotting, leaking for so long the wall paper was falling down, moldy, shower was moldy, floors looked like someone died on them or something. The whole place was falling apart the towel rack had duct tape holding it together, it’s very loud there is little to no privacy the doors don’t even have door sweeps on them so it’s a 2” gap under your door to the hallway. The pools were nasty cold and full of kids diving and jumping around like crazy with no staffing stopping the disruptive behaviours. I would stay far away from here, this place should be condemned.

Not worth it.
They don’t let you check in until 4 pm so we timed it to arrive at 4 but got there at 4:20 pm and our room wasn’t ready. Couldn’t check in until 5:25 pm. The front desk personnel have no interest in customer service. They go through the motion like they are forced to work there. Inside the room was no better than a Motel 6 except four times the cost.

Outrageously overpriced EV chargers at HHS Resort
Went for winter weekend. Hot springs are nice, but they were extremely crowded. Hiked in the area. We enjoyed our stay. Beware of the Chargepoint EV chargers. The price is 27cents/minute! The price is outrageously overpriced and set by Harrison Hot Springs Resort. They should warn you about this. Cost $57 for 4 hours. We charged at the Tesla charging station twice for $5.

Nice but dated
Anniversary stay. Was nice, pools were a bit dirty though. Hallways smelled funny in areas. Dated. But the pools make it worth the stay. Hope they upgrade soon.

You go for the pools, not the hotel.
Check in was absolutely amazing. I believe her name was Emily and she was so lovely and accommodating. I give her a 10/10. Been this hotel in the past. Hotel rooms are stuck in the 80's along with their mattresses. We only stayed one night but if I had to stay in Harrison longer, I would stay one night to enjoy the pools and then move to another hotel as the beds are that uncomfortable and rooms outdated for the price you will pay. This was the first adult trip I have done to this hotel. Usually we are in the family pool and seems to be clean. But this time we spent out time in the adult pool and by 9pm, the pool are so cloudy you could barely see your feet. Will I go back? With the kids yes. They love the pools. But the next girls trip away will be somewhere else.
