Property is run down. No staff when we checked in or checked out. Room key was on the counter. Didnt find out until morning, bugs under everything that was on the desk/counter. Not kidding! No staff on site.

Looked like this hotel seen better days. Room was okay but bathroom in the lobby was out of order, there was a fish tank display that was no longer working, just small things like that. Breakfast option wasn't very appealing, didn't have coffee in the guest rooms.

All we needed was a clean place to shower and sleep and Clarion Pointe succeeded in providing that. But they need to get one or more maintenance people out there to fix everything that doesn't work--everything from electrical outlets to faucets to the lobby restrooms to the AC unit...
