Going by the pictures and reviews I was expecting a high end hotel and comfortable stay. We booked a suite. There was no car park, and no car park nearby. We were put in a ‘suite’ outside where you had to walk over a wobbly loose paving stone and up stairs in a courtyard that could only resemble an American outside motel which for the whole afternoon was used to house trolleys full of linen. It was quite unsightly and should have been hidden.
Inside the room was tiny, very dark, 3 of the lightbulbs were out, so difficult to see and when I went to speak to reception there was no one around. So really not impressed with the Customer Service either. The bathroom and toilet were very small. The bed was tiny, all in all, without going on too much the photos make this hotel look so so much more swish than it actually is. Most of the town was shut by 7pm so we had no choice but to spend the evening in the room, where the sofa was beyond uncomfortable. After checking in at 4pm we never saw anyone on reception again despite trying to talk with them about the issues we had about the room. We left early the following morning and still saw no one, so very disappointed with our stay and we will never recommend to anyone or come again
