Check in went smoothly although I had hoped to get early check in so we could get ready for our 3:00 party we came in for. No problem - we sat in lobby area and put on makeup etc. Room was great with comfy bed and nice views. We then decided to extend our stay an additional night. Campbell at the front desk was SO helpful with this. Booked through her and she was able to keep us in the same room. Only problem was the ice maker in our room did not work - Campbell came through and got a big bag of ice for us. Would definitely recommend this place.

Check-in was excellent. Bed was comfortable and unit was clean except for visible spots on the carpet needing attention. Bathroom was clean, however the light bulbs over the mirror would not stay on. The two televisions in the unit did not have working cable service. We inquired about the cable not working the day we checked in. The issue was never resolved during our stay.

Amazing staff was able to help check in early to accommodate my toddler the room was amazing and the pool was beautiful. We did end up going to one ski hill to use the amenities which was awesome! Definitely looking forward to our next stay!! Also great location was able to walk to the gondola to get to the ski area and was able to easily walk downtown!
