First and last

First time there and will be the last time there. No complaints abiut the service offered as i didn't require much other than check in and remake of the room. Both were great. Highlight of breakfast is the "make it yourself" waffle. The rooms are very old and am need of complete renovations. Rust on door hinges, sink literally waitung to fall out, holes in ceilling, holes in door, sticky carpet, etc.... I was only there to sleep but it is enough to make me say "last time there."

You should just stay at the motel six

The condition of this building is terrible. The pool and the the hot tub were funny colored, and smelled even funnier. There were large chunks missing out of the wall in our room, the caulking was disgusting, and the seemingly newer flooring was cheap and disintegrating wherever there was water from the fridge . Hinges and door jams were rusty. It looked like several of the room doors had been broken to a crowbars as there were chunks missing from the doors. The room smelled funny. There was no lotion, there was a third of a roll of toilet paper, the in room coffee tasted terrible. The outlets were sketchy. I myself scrubbed off some graffiti I found on the bathroom cabinet. It seems like some of the money we are paying should be going to routine maintenance. The staff was fairly friendly however, the lobby is pretty, and although lacked protein other than eggs, the breakfast was pretty nice. I believe the housekeepers cleaned the room as best they could. And someone folded the bath towels into pretty hearts.

This facility is showing its age and really is in need of a renovation. The floor boards in our room had separated, some by as much as 1/2". The bed was a metal frame bed under which, was wrapped with thin sheet metal, which when tapped with a toe or shoe (or CPAP hose) sounded like thunder from a 1940's movie. We stayed two of seven days before moving on. Some confusion ensued when I called Travelocity to check on a refund for the unused five days (I fully expected Days Inn to only refund four - I have / had no problem with this). I quickly realized I needed to call the property directly and spoke directly with the GM. I was able to straighten the issue out and a refund for four days was issued immediately. Outside of the property showing its age and needing some updating, the staff did an excellent job. I did get the impression that a renovation is forthcoming...

We arrived on Monday and Anil at the front dest was helpful even though my card kept giving him problems. Once checked in we noticed a smokers smell in our room. Anil offered to put us in a better room, but we said we just wanted him aware so we weren't charged for someone elses choices. When we checked out Shawn was extremely helpful after our night was interupted by a noisy neighbor and offered a discount on our next visit. We will truly be going back with the amount of patience and care they take for their guests. The property has easy acess rooms if your traveling with pets and a safe area to walk them.

I liked that the check in process was quick and easy and the front desk was very nice and welcoming. We received treats for my dogs and chocolates for me and my partner. I think they can improve on the bathroom cleanliness, the tub was stained and the room smelled like cigarettes. Other than that we enjoyed our experience and would go back if needed.
