A Nightmare Experience
We did not stay. The lobby was filthy and the desk agent was a slob. We asked for an adjoining room or a room next door as we are travelling with our 16 year old granddaughter. They did not have this. The agent said he would go to see if the room next door was clean. Why would he have to do this?? It was at 5:30 pm and they should have been cleaned by that time. At any rate we couldn’t get the room next door for some reason. On to if that he had a dog wandering around the lobby unleashed who proceeded to pee up against the wall. At that point we cancelled the hotels.com reservation and left.
I have tried several times to contact customer service for a refund but no one has responded to me by either email or phone. I will complain to Master Card.
In the meantime I would like to hear from Hotels.com customer service regarding my refund as this venue was nothing like it was represented on your site. Thank You. Beverly Whitworth
