A bit dirty in the room. Some weird brown stains on the kitchen wall and quite a bit of dust. In spite of that we enjoyed our stay here. This is our second stay at this hotel and we plan to return. It’s a very bright apartment like room with an excellent view. Very relaxing place to stay and close to everything. You can even walk 15 minutes to Hakata Station.

We had trouble with the room tablet that gives the WiFi info so we messaged the property and the responded within minutes. Very walkable area with plenty of food and entertainment options. It's a staff-less hotel, so be sure to read all the messages before you go. It was nice overall specially for the price. It was a small apartment type, with a sofa and a big TV with paid Amazon Prime and some sub channels. Other good points - Clean bathroom and toilet. - Quite area, quite apartment. - Nice view to the river Bad points - Robe or pajamas are not included. - Free Internet was a little bit slow.

The room was ok in terms of cleanliness. Facilities were average and a party of 3 had to share 2 mugs!! Even though the room was equipped with a washing machine, the container of laundry detergent was empty. Will not stay at Legatio Hataka if I revisit Fukuoka!!

We wanted to stay close to “Yatai” ( venders on the street and Canal City (one of the famous shopping mall in Fukuoka) and the hotel more like condo was located on the perfect spot with a reasonable price. The front desk was very friendly and the room had very comfortable setting. If I visit Canal City again, I definitely stay at this hotel.

There was dust and dust bunnies on the tv and closet. The beds were uncomfortable (slumped in) and the linen looked wrinkled and just had us question if they were even switched. We could hear the water and other noises from the unit above. Also our room was directly facing a cemetery, with it being New Year and all it was disconcerting given our culture. It would have been good to know prior to our stay. At least then we could ask to change units. Overall the unit was spacious and well equipped.

Seems like a new apartment building. Apartment size is excellent for 2 persons, but for more occupants with big luggage bags, space will be tight. Nice canal facing. Disadvantage: only 1 elevator, so if it breaks down or there’s emergency, it’ll be terrible. Thank God, we had a something-going safe stay.

식당은 좀 걸어야하긴하지만 몹시 만족해요 다음날부터는 4성급 호텔에 머물렸는데 차라리 이 호텔은 연박으로 잡을껄이란 생각이 여행내내 들었습니다. 체크인이 어렵다고 해서 몹시 긴장했는데... 몹시 쉽습니다 모바일체크인으로 큐알만 먼저 한국에서 받아두면 가서 걍 큐알찍으면 끝 뷰도 맘에 들고 가격도 쌉니다. 가장 맘에 든건 숙소가 일본치고 넓어요 그리고 호텔 사진찍는분 바꾸셔야할듯;; 사진보다 더 넓습니다 캐리어 3개를 펼쳐도 괜찮았어요
