As before, CitizenM Champs Elysees did not disappoint. It is a no-nonsense, efficient, clean and modern hotel, with an unbeatable location. I appreciated that in spite of being of course standardized, everything in the room worked perfectly and the bed was huge and comfy. The breakfast is worth the price given Paris comparative costs. And I tried the restaurant as well this time (the lunch offer) and they make a mean soup, much better than expected for a small size kitchen. Overall a great stay and I will continue choosing this place for a central base in Paris.

Very cool hotel with very cool people!

The hotel is in a pretty amazing location. Like many other citizenM properties, the decor of the lobby is super cool while the rooms are very minimalistic and small. I would say that if you travel with someone else and have a big luggage, the room is actually uncomfortably small and definitely not a place where you want to spend much more time than what you need to rest. I also truly appreciate the eco friendly approach they have but the room was actually very cold for my taste to the point that I found it unpleasant. Despite the fact that you can supposedly control the temperature in your room, it never seemed to warm up and I think it was on purpose! The highlight of the hotel, in addition to the really cool lobby and lounging area, is the staff. They were all incredibly friendly, nice, welcoming and I truly enjoyed every interaction I had with all of them. They definitely contribute to the really cool vibe and environment of the hotel!

Location, location, location!

citizenM Paris offers an unbeatable location, steps from the Arc de Triomphe, high-end shopping, and a multitude of dining choices, with excellent metro access. The staff were consistently welcoming and helpful, contributing to a pleasant stay. The rooftop bar is a true highlight, serving up delicious drinks alongside breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower. As expected for Paris, the rooms are compact, but the overall experience is excellent due to the prime location and friendly atmosphere.

Lovely place to stay, some small hiccups

Stayed in room 512 for reference Pros *Great location, lovely hotel decor on wnd floor reception are. Hotel roof terrace looks over eiffel tower in distance, supermarkets nearby, metro too, nice bar and restaurants nearby. * good shower, comfy bed * quiet room, handy tech with ipad and lighting *handy fridge Cons * no kettle, had to request hot water from bar everytime we wanted a hot drink * air con constantly on which often disturbed our sleep. Even on low setting * blackout curtain was scratched/damaged and therefore let in light * due to bed position no bed side tables or shelves nearby *although the tv worked some channels didnt work and made the tv malfunction and had to restart. We would stay again, but would bring a travel kettle for convenience
