Great location to airport
This was our last stop in Portugal to catch a flight home the next morning. It was choses because of its fairly reasonable price (for Lisbon standards) and closeness to the airport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were a decent size and decorated nice. The bed (a double) was not that comfortable for a hotel of this caliber. Our room was hot and I could not get the thermostat to work properly. I probably should have checked with the front desk for help. The breakfast was just average. The pancakes were not set in a warming tray and were cold.

We stayed here to be close to the airport on our last night of travel. It was clean and okay but just an unfortunate location in the middle of a neighborhood of unattractive apartment buildings, with a dying shopping center next door, so no options to go out to eat unless we took a taxi or Uber into a better part of Lisbon. There was a nice supermarket to pick up some ready-to-eat dinner which we did, and the hotel had a restaurant we did not try as it was crowded.

Easy check in no hassle. Staff were courteous and helpful. There is a small mall but nothing really to see adjacent to the hotel , but there was laundromat at the mall which was helpful to us , travelling to our next destination. Be careful at the shower area , it is slippery. Very near the airport , Uber was easy at 4 am. Nice experience.

I recently stayed at the Ramada hotel in Lisbon and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. With a metro station right in front of the hotel, getting around the city was incredibly easy and convenient. The simplicity of using the metro system really enhanced my overall experience in Lisbon. Additionally, the price of the hotel was excellent, especially when compared to other hotels in the historic district. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The staff at the Ramada were also a standout feature of my stay. They were incredibly kind and helpful, providing me with valuable information about using the metro and even helping me schedule tours around the city. Their hospitality truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of during my time at the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend the Ramada hotel in Lisbon to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city. The location, price, cleanliness, and exceptional staff truly set this hotel apart from the rest. I will definitely be returning in the future.
