Outdated with old furniture, bad plumbing issues, and A/C worked with many noises throughout day\night + did not allow to change temperature overnight. Too much money and inflated price for the service provided. This place Needs Improvement!

Aug 15, 2026Son instalaciones algo viejas, le falto limpieza a la regadera, tanto el lavabo y el desagüe de la regadera se acumulaba muy rápido el agua y tardaba mucho en irse. Pedí una secadora para el cabello y tuve que hablar 3 veces para q la llevaran, tardaron cerca de 1 1/2 hora en llevarla. No pusieron la botella del jabón para las manos. Había un insecto muerto en el piso cuando entré y la habitación olía mucho a humedad y el baño olía a caño.

Feb 25, 2019Hotel staff is great. This hotel is VERY noisy. You can hear when someone comes up the stairs. You can also hear the cars, since it's right next to a main road. Water presure is not great. Breakfast is awesome, but they charge per person for just standard breakfast when it says it's included.

Jan 7, 2019Second time staying, great hotel for the price and perfectly located. However rooms were pretty cold so if going during off season make sure to pack warm attire for staying in room since there isn’t heat. Breakfast is delicious and staff are very helpful. Well worth it.
