Great location
The staff was friendly and the hotel was conveniently located. The main lobby is very nice and the grounds are well kept. Rooms are a nice size also. We had some loud people on our hallway that woke us up at 2:30 in the morning and the staff took care of the situation. There’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom so after my son and husband showered there was quite a bit of condensation dripping from the bathroom ceiling. The hot and cold in the shower was hard to get right. It was either scalding hot or freezing no matter how we adjusted it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, I couldn’t get the heat to adjust properly and was cold throughout the night. Additionally, the shower water didn’t drain well, which was frustrating. With a few improvements, this could be a great stay!

Amazing Room, staff so so.
The property and room were fantastic. Comfortable bed and linens. Room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and well appointed. My only complaint was that I arrived at 12:30 am and the front desk person gave me a lessor room than I had prepaid for without telling me. I had to walk back to the front desk after seeing the room. She told me that she did that because she didn't have the other room available (but neglected to say anything before I went upstairs). When I reminded her that I had prepaid for the upgraded room she suddenly found one available. So, I wasted 30 minutes of sleep I needed at 1:00 in the morning.
