Great location, close to the train station. Wakable distance to the city, 10 minutes! The only problem was the sheets were with hair and blood stains, I did not see them until the end. O pessoal da recepção foi extremamente atencioso e ainda nos deu um upgrade de brinde no quarto, que era enorme e maravilhoso. Chuveiro e cama maravilhosos. O café da manhã é ótimo, não tem tantas opções assim, mas tudo que tem é de muito boa qualidade e gostoso. O hotel é muito charmoso e fica localizado numa rua bem próxima à estação Maria Novella, onde pode se pegar o trem para Roma. O Duomo fica próximo e dá para ir andando (algo entre 10 e 15 minutos). Caso precise usar transporte público, também tem pontos bem próximos. A cidade de Florença é incrível, com comida maravilhosa. Se eu voltasse, com certeza ficaria no mesmo hotel.
