The house “Sonnenterrasse am Gattererberg” was built in 2008 on a plot of approx. 950 m2. It is located on the sunny side of the Zillertal and has a wonderful view of the mountains and far into the beautiful Zillertal. There are approx. 110 m2 of living space available on the upper floor. The property offers parking for approx. 5 cars in front of the house.

The balcony extends over the entire length of the apartment in the Zillertal architectural style. It is covered and equipped with a parasol, table and chairs. Here you can enjoy the sun all day; also on the large terrace, which also offers seating and sun loungers.

For barbecue fans, a beautiful patio was created on the west side of the house, where seating and a barbecue guarantee cozy hours.

From here you have a wonderful view of the “hochzillertal” ski area, which is located exactly on the opposite slope.

The apartment is on the second floor.

The center of the apartment is the large lounge. On the one hand, there is the modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, electric stove with ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans.

The kitchen work is sweetened by a great view. On request, the baker can deliver fresh bread every day. Next to it is a large table with a bench and chairs, which offers enough space for people. There is still space for a high chair here.

On the other side of the large room there is a modern, cozy couch corner that can be quickly converted into a comfortable double bed.

Here on the sideboard is the Lcd-tv which can be seen from the dining table and the couch.

The satellite antenna enables reception from over a hundred stations.

A Nintendo Wii games console with games, a Dvd player with Dvds and a small stereo system as well as free Wifi Internet access is also available.

Here you can lean back comfortably in your armchair and enjoy the view of the Hochzillertal and Fügen ski areas opposite.

The apartment on the second floor has 3 fully furnished bedrooms.

Room one has a double bed, the second room has a double bed and a bunk bed and the third room has a double bed and a sofa bed. A cot can also be set up here.

The bathroom is spacious. Here you will find a bathtub, shower, toilet and 2 washbasins. There is also a second separate toilet. Sufficient bed linen is available, hand and bath towels are to be brought along!

There is a ski boot heater in the boiler room. A ski rack is set up in the stairwell for overnight skis.

A dart and table football game is available in the basement for evening entertainment.

There is also an infrared cabin that can accommodate 4 people.

You can relax under the light therapy lighting with pleasant music from the built-in radio / cd device and enjoy the cozy warmth.

A stepper and an ergometer are still available on fitness equipment.

The excellent ski area “Hochzillertal Kaltenbach - Hochfügen” with a total of 155km of slopes is only a few minutes' drive away from here.

The paid ski bus stops directly on the street below the house.

A cozy restaurant can be easily reached on foot.
