this picture you are looking is deceptive. They say they have 24 hour service when I came in at 2 am. there was a man with a hood at the entrance of the hotel that scared me and the taxi driver. Apparently that was the security of this place. He called the owner who was sleeping and took 20 minutes to come to the front desk. He was very rude and was trying to make me pay after I have shown him my reservation. He does not speak any English if it was for the driver who was able to translate I would have to pay him again because at 2 am in the morning after a long flight. who has time for that. I went to my assigned room in the 3rd floor no elevator. The bathroom was very out dated. There was only one roll of toilet paper which like it was soaked in the toilet. There was no water, no coffee machine if you would want to drink. It was terrible. I would not recommend it. I arrived at 2 am and he told me to pay 20 US dollars if want to extend my time for 2 pm instead of 12 pm

No hot water, toilet didn't work, staff rude, no daily housekeeping, restaurant food was questionable, power outages. Room lacked basic table and chairs. A single nightstand without lamp for a king-size bed. Incredibly loud noise echoing through hotel from bar, lobby, and pool areas. Fecal matter tracked through hall and down stairs this morning. This is no 3 star hotel.

The property has dirty, AC didn’t work, damp towels, there were cockroaches. We had to leave after the first night as conditions were unacceptable. Conditions are nothing like they make it look in the photographs. Avoid this place.

This property was absolutely disgusting with roaches, no air conditioning, no hot water, the water smelt feces. This is not a safe area, drugs being sold on every corner. When we arrived noone was there to check us in. Just a horrible stay and i had to leave and pay more money to find a safer hotel. This hotel should be removed from your site.

I absolutely love this place. We ended up coming back the same week for 3 more days! Now, I have to be completely honest and say this, I work from home and that was the only part of my experience that was an absolute nightmare, because the power went out like ten times which is more than usual for this country or even this city. The staff is absolutely amazing. I love Christian and junior they are so sweet and that they really are just awesome and make you feel right at home.
