Some issues but not bad.
Property smelled of sewer in the hallways, also shower drain was clogged when we arrived and water was building up. The manager took care of it quickly which we appreciated. Cleaning crew was very friendly as well. The pool area is nice and relaxing and Ceviche’s Restaurant was nice and had good food. Overall the stay was ok, the rooms need to be updated and some fixes to septic system

STAYING AT CARIBBEAN PALM VILLAGE RESORT WAS A LAST MINUTE GET AWAY AND I DONT REGRET IT. FROM THE SECURITY AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE HOUSE KEEPING STAFF EVERYONE WAS WARM AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO THIS RESORT TO EACH AND EVERYONE. I LOVE ARUBA

I personally did not like anything other than the only restaurant that is on the hotel. The food was pretty good. Lack of communication. No one on site to help you. Women in the front are not too welcoming. Not really a safe environment if your traveling by yourself

The mattress sags in multiple places. The sofa does too. They didn't have supports to make the sofa or the bed firmer. I ended up with terrible back pain. While the main gate has a security guard the other gate was open several times. The empty lot next to the hotel is terrible. Needs your attention.
