Very nice hotel, well decorated and updated rooms. It's about 5-10 minutes to walk into town for various restaurants (or go to the bar/restaurant on site). No place for breakfast in the hotel, but a couple cafe's across the street. About an hour drive from the Grand Canyon.

The hotel was great and right in the heart of Williams. The only issue I would have during the times that we are currently in Staff was not controlling how many people went in the pool This should be controlled. We did not go in due to it being crowded. Otherwise, it was a very nice and clean hotel.

Hopefully it will get better
The people were nice, the atmosphere was great, the place was clean and very well kept. Due to Covid they were not cleaning or servicing rooms which I understand, but we were there for 6 nights. I had to ask for clean towels to be brought which they did bring 2 at a time and there were 3 of us. I also had to ask for toilet paper and they brought one small roll at a time. After 3 nights I asked if I could get a couple things to clean our bathroom, they said no but that they would do it when we were out of the room. I called to ask for this to be done at 8:30am and asked for more toilet papa at the same time. We were gone all day not returning until 8pm, tired after hiking and going to the Grand Canyon. Nothing was done and no towels or toilet paper. I called the front desk and they said they would try to get someone to come right then but we would have to leave the room. We were too tired. The next morning we went to Family Dollar and bought toilet paper, Comet and a toilet brush. We washed our own towels in the laundry facility at the RV park. I feel like if we were there 6 nights we should have been stocked with supplies and our bathroom given a quick clean while we were out without having to keep calling the front desk. But the hotel opened right before we came, so maybe they will get better as they figure things out. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the people are nice but the food is not good at all, I would not recommend eating there.
