Almost perfect!

The place was amazing! Kitchen was huge, the wrap around balcony was everything. Parking is so confusing! Talking to sonder is worse. I had no tv in the master- the remotes was not working! The worker gave us new ones and nothing ! I was kinda mad to watch my MacBook instead of a tv!

Worst Staff Ever and 1st ever hotels.con review.

Worst staff ever. Was woken up at 3:45am night one of my stay because a pipe burst by the bathroom and water was pouring my room. Staff said they would come back to fix it and did nothing. Fell back asleep at 530am, waiting on the staff. Woke up at 730 am and was told 2 times via the app and 2 times via the front desk that they couldn’t move me although the was water raining in my room and standing water. I threatened to sue and they suddenly decided to move my room. Unreal. Please look at the attached video.

Cleanliness needs some work

Parking and entry to the property were seamless. The location is great as well. The room appeared clean at first glance, but then I noticed that the linens such as the towels and extra comforter were not in the best of conditions. Half the towels had holes in them. The extra comforter had the the ‘clean linen’ sticker broken and there were stains on it which made me question how truly clean the rest of the unit was.

3/5. Could have cleaned it better

The pony was nice and it was easy to access once you get the digital key. The room itself was not as clean as I had hoped. The counter top had drink rings and dirt on it. Clearly not wiped down. The bed was pretty much on the floor so if you have a hard time getting up that’s something to consider. The rug had stains on it. The hallway was dirty and smelled of pot. The area is ok. 8 min ride to downtown and the conference center. Good restaurants and a supermarket around the corner. Give it a 3/5

Needing better signage for your parking

I had a difficult time finding the parking. I ran into another guest who had the same issue so it made me not feel so bad because the woman who worked there dead. The parking garage has signs telling you. You will be towed unless you are going to the noodle place. There are two big bay doors that are supposed to open when you put your code in, but there is no signage telling you this is the parking garage for the hotel. It’s a self service kind of hotel. The towels and soap, etc. that are supposed to be on different floors were not. I hope you like hearing what’s going on in the next room because the walls are paper thin. It’s nice to have a kitchen, it’s not so nice when your next-door neighbor continuously cooks curry. It’s a good location.

Loved our stay with Sonder.

It was a 2 night stay for me and my husband, in Midtown Atlanta. The apartment was perfect, modern, essential amenities were provided, and the apartment was fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pit, utensils, coffee, tea, etc.; and with an underground parking garage. Access to the apartment complex, parking garage and our apartment were with secure passcodes. Many stores, restaurants, etc., were in walking distance. Staff were professional and friendly. We loved our stay at Sonder and plan to return again.
