Fabulous stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by this resort! Loved our stay there esp finding so many things to do there. Several pools, grocery store, multiple restaurants and a casino all inside. The staff were super helpful, especially one lovely young lady at reception. Ms Derrinika was incredibly helpful. I recommend staying here, only suggestion is to try and get a room close to the water, the ones up the hill are a bit of a walk if you don’t have a car.

We were disappointed with our room. It was never made clear that the Deluxe studios were ground floor and the “resort” view was of a car park l& laundry!!! We asked to pay to upgrade but nobody seemed to understand why we were disappointed and nobody wanted to help. The staff were mainly trainees and did try yohrlpbut it was out of their hands, shame had they helped us to upgrade it would have been 5*

Clean and friendly resort

Beautiful weather and comfortable room. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I booked the room (which was fine) without knowing where it was located. We were on top of the hill on the backside of the building looking into nothing which wasn't great. I would stay again if I could book a room looking out at the ocean and not on top of the hill. It became a nuisance walking up and down the hill many times each day. Would highly recommend the resort!

The staff were very accommodating and the grounds very well kept. We loved that it was walkable to many restaurants as well as a grocery store. There is also a convenient store on the property. The beach attendants were always there to help set up chairs and umbrellas and the beach bar staff were friendly and always ready to serve. The pools are also terrific with 2 pool bars on site.
