Average hotel not worth the price

We were in Napa with family. Check in was good. Rooms are decent size but we were heavily disappointed with the shower. The shower looked like it was outdated. The shower head flow was all over the place and shooting in different directions. For a high end resort the body wash, shampoo was like water. Placed in a very inconvenient space. Checkout was 11versus 12. No coffee downstairs you have to go across and get coffee. Tried to order room service they said it would take 55 minutes. Never heard of that before. If I was to come back to Napa I would not stay here.

This property is newly renovated, so it is clean in and out. However, we stayed four days and had no hot water. Also, walls are thin and not not very quiet if you have children in the hallway or adjacent rooms. Staff at property restaurant made terrible drinks and took three attempts before we tapped out and paid our expensive bill and left. Had breakfast at property restaurant and spent $75 on eggs, bacon, and toast. We will not be staying at this property in the future.
