A bit disappointing
Arrival lobby, gardens and pool area are very well presented and we didn't make use of facilities on offer, but accommodation apartment was tired and in need of sprucing up. Wi-fi only available in main areas and not free. Be aware - bed linen and towels (and cover for sofa) not provided.

Nous avions demandé une chambre Pmr confirmé par l'hôtesse. On nous a fait payer et la chambre était standard, je ne même pas aller me coucher et la douche inadaptée. Ils n'avaient plus de chambres pmr. Nous avons demandé le remboursement des 2 chambres ils n'ont pas voulu.il faut faire un litige. Pouvez vous nous aider. Merci

J’étais venu déjà l’année dernière c’était bien et là cette année déjà à la réception les filles elles comprennent rien elle ont oublier de me faire payer le séjour après tout les jours elle m’appeler elle avait oublier de me faire payer la taxe au lieu de tout me faire faire de suite déjà pas pro à la réception! Après niveau propreté extérieur très propre bravo aux hommes d’entretien vraiment et très gentils mais Parcontre le logement pas propre ! Très déçu 😞

nice for families
appartments ok, beds could be bigger, Access to our room / appartment only through sandy way - therefore always sand in the rooms (appartment must be cleaned completely or you have to pay for that separately). very good breakfast and dinner buffet with moderate costs. (dinner with beverages - wine and water - included !) very nice beach. Good pool. Animation for kids and elders well. also a "kindergarden" for very Young kids available. we stayed in late summer with not much guests - could be worse if booked fully.

I spent only 1 night with my famaly. The dinner was a nightmare: Self Service too crowded, all the food on the table was covered by a lot of gnats, dirty cutlery, dirty dishes... for 20 Euro/each better to chhose Pizzeria. I complained at the frond desk .. They told me thanks and smiling. Unbelivable!! Old.

Blandade känslor, då receptionen var under all kritik. Då vi fick vänta 3 h på vårat rum när check-in var kl 17.00. Då var vi ändå på plats vid 10.00 och förklarade att vi ville checka in. Kan vara ett jättefint ställe om servicen blir bättre och de kanske sätter upp lite lampor vid alla stugor, kolsvart på kvällarna.

Detta är ett mellanting mellan hotell och stugby där det endast finns en restaurang att äta på och den är ganska tråkig. Det finns även en strandbar som serverar mackor och en sallad vid lunchtid. Poolområdet är bra och stranden härlig med fantastisk värme i vattnet i augusti. Anläggningen ligger ganska isolerat och det finns inga shuttlebuses eller taxis, som för övrigt är dyrt. Personalen är ganska dåliga på engelska och all kommunikation och information sker på franska.
