Alpine Inn's location is fantastic, close to restaurants and different businesses in the area. A 15 minute walk from the slopes. The absolute best thing about this hotel, however, is the breakfast. The endless options of freshly baked goods and personal-sized salads, the condiments and selection of tea, and the list goes on. But the best thing about the breakfast is the VIEW - snowy mountains that quite literally take your breath away.
The two issues that were less than perfect were the size of the room - we, a couple, had two regular sized pieces of luggage - which could not both be open without needing to jump over different hurdles in the room. The room is VERY small.
The second issue was the price - which is expected for the area, being the Swiss Alps, but nevertheless, this was not a cheap option (to say the least) and there wasn't anything unique - no pool, spa, sauna... Even the parking, which is owned by the hotel, was an extortionate amount to charge.
Still, would return and highly recommend for the other reasons mentioned.
