It was the most amazing place. We have been in a long time unfortunately we got sick and have to go home before our vacation was ended. But it was not because of the food at the hotel everything was so good. They even gave us good discount because we leave before time it’s a must to try on this wonderful hotel. The Hotel is in a beautiful location and first impressions are superb. There is a small plaque suggesting that’s it’s a boutique hotel where I would rate it less so. It lacks such detail and finesse. Our family room for four was inadequate in terms of a small sofa bed. They should have family suites. The staff are all happy yet they could do with more training and again finesse on the personal service side - particularly at the restaurant where we felt ignored at times. The younger staff being better than those above them. The reception staff were great. The restaurant has a limited menu and is expensive, so most opt for the cheaper yet delicious pizzas. No pasta or salad to choose from and the other dishes are very small. There is no real, cozy/elegant/boutique bar area, just one that is an unmanned, used to service the restaurant. Breakfast is amazing but again, the breakfast area could be so much more homely and elegant - airing boutique. There is a shuttle to town but nothing late so you have to get a taxi back which isn’t easy or great. I would try another hotel in the same area again first but would definitely go back. It would be great to see these improvements to give it a higher rate and review.

Beyond our expectations

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming — always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to Gianni, the nicest and most attentive waitress I’ve ever met. The spa was absolutely incredible, truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The only suggestion I have is to extend the spa hours a bit, since many guests spend the day exploring beautiful Lake Garda and return in the evening. Opening earlier and closing a bit later would make the experience even more relaxing. Overall, a fantastic stay — highly recommended!

Vi var fire voksne gæster på to værelser i syv dage. Hotellet var en meget positiv oplevelse, med pæne og rene værelser, herligt pool område, og fin restaurant samt poolbar. Alle steder mødte vi stor venlighed og hjælpsomhed fra personalet, som vi varmt kan anbefale. Spa området var utrolig lækkert og velindrettet med alverdens vanddysser og massagefunktioner. Et super supplement til vores ferie. Skulle en enkelt mindre positiv oplevelse fremhæves, er det forældres anvendelse af Spa-bassinet som børnepool med vandbomber, vandkamp og risiko for en lækket børneble, trods aldersgrænsen på 14 år i Spa-området. Vi vil meget gerne komme tilbage og besøge Boffenigo igen.

Værelse Vi startede i en junior suite med udgang til haven i stueetagen. Lækkert stort og renoveret bad samt en dejlig stor garderobe. Værelset var ikke så lyst og kunne godt trænge til en pensel, en ny sovesofa og en nyere AC, men var ellers lækkert. Vi opgraderede til en junior suite med udsigt til søen på 1. Sal. Dette værelse var meget lysere og friskere og havde en fantastisk udsigt. Der var godt med opbevaringsplads. Hotel Fantastisk hotel som har den flotteste udsigt samt et lækkert poolområde. Der var altid plads ved poolen og poolområdet er roligt men med plads til børn. God og gratis parkering. Ekstremt venligt og serviceminded personale overalt. Alle er interesserede i at hjælpe dig uden at være påtrængende eller at få dig til at føle dig til besvær. Poolen er for kold, men indendørspoolen kunne heldigvis bruges af børnene og den var lækker. Morgenmaden havde en dejlig omelet station og havde et dejligt stort og friskt udvalg. Man kan sidde både ude og inde og spise. Hotellet har en parkeringsplads nede i byen der er gratis at bruge - mega fed service.

Rommet: Vi var to voksne og to barn, bestilte en junior suite. God størrelse på rommet, veldig stor terrasse. Terrassen skulle gjerne ha hatt en parasoll. Dobbeltsengen var god, men sovesofaen hadde tynn madrass. Barna kjente springfjærene, så vi måtte legge to dyner. Sovesofaen hadde trengt en god overmadrass. Kjøleskapet på rommet var litt dårlig, drikke ble ikke skikkelig kaldt, så vi måtte be om isbiter hele tiden. Frokosten: veldig god, variert. Vi ble ikke lei etter tre frokoster. Spa: lite, men lite folksomt på sommerstid. Veldig bra.
