Enjoyed my stay overall. The staffs are super friendly and always respond quickly. The staffs in the restaurant performed magic at dinner one night which was very entertaining. There are also some engineers onsite to fix different issues. The room was spacious. The light control in the bed is a thoughtful design. The only issue I had was the internet connection. Some places do not have wifi signal or not strong enough to keep my phone connected (e.g. the balcony and bathroom in my room). The internet in the whole resort could be off for some time each day (ranging from a few minutes to several hours during my stay). But this is not a big problem if you don’t want to be online all the time.

I almost want to keep this place a secret…it is that special. Divine surroundings, delightful staff, delectable swimming pool and dreamy waterfall. The restaurant serves delicious, beautifully presented food at excellent prices. We stayed in a villa over the lily ponds and the sound of the water was magical and so relaxing. I liked that it is surrounded by Balinese villages but if you want to walk out and shop, this is not for you. We hope to return.

This was I think our 4 or 5 time to stay there. Over all we love the place and intend to stay there again. What I did not like is that they were not clear on when the restaurant closed. It closes at 10 pm is all they said when we checked in. What they did not say was that they stop taking orders at 900. I have cancer and need to eat when I take my medication. The guy in the restaurant did not care. It was not until I spoke with a manager that they agreed to get me something to eat and brought it to our room. I will be more aware the next time

Amazingly friendly staff. We bought the inclusive food package and were very pleased with the food. The setting was perfect for us as we were looking for a relaxing first couple days of a month long trip o Bali and Thailand. I would stay here again if I came back to Bali in the future

Can’t describe how deeply in awe I was with this place when I first arrived. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. I had to leave the hotel early af 3am on 8/9/2019 for Bali Marathon 2019 but no ride-hailing services were available at that hour. I almost panicked and thought I might have to cancel racing altogether. (Really. It was entirely to be blamed for not checking thoroughly beforehand). Thankfully, the front desk staff tried his best to get me a transportation to the race venue and yes! One of the night duty security guards volunteered to send me to the venue at Bali Safari, which is located 25min away from the hotel. I am deeply grateful with all the sincere help I have received from the staffs at the hotel and not to forget the excellent service. To all the staffs at Santhi Mandala, you all are awesome people! Location wise. the villa is located somewhere deep in the village and it’s not a dense tourist area. One might need to check if there’s any ride hailing available (e.g: Gojek, Grab, BlueBird) on different hours to get you to tourist-attractions or you can always get on the hotel shuttle provided. Overall the surrounding is peaceful and quiet. The villa also has a few small patches of paddy fields as well as a natural streaming river. I had dinner a couple of times at the hotel during my stay. The food is reasonably priced with generous portion. Restaurant staffs are friendly and accommodating too.

First Family Vacation in Bali
Excellent staff service. Very quiet and away from city. Good for family and delicious breakfast. Will be better if towels have no stain and no lizards in the rooms. Unless you are ok with lizard singing in the middle of the night. Spa is great. Had one dinner in the restaurant and no regret at all (good food and very entertaining young band playing modern songs). Wifi is not that good in certain area of the villa but ok overall.
