Great facility.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was very conveniently located to Disney Parks, house keeping was great, felt like we were at our home, private patio. Only thing that could be improved are the utensils, they are very cheap quality and melted the moment it touched hot pot. Pots, pans, plates, cups and silverware were of great quality, just bring your own utensils if you are going to cook a lot.

Very spacious 4 bedroom apt
Beautiful Resort. Travelled with my wife, son, my parents and my niece. We stayed in a 4 bedroom apt. Very spacious rooms and ample common areas. Only “complaint” O had is that furniture was a bit dated but you could tell they were high level back in the 2000s. If we have family coming again, we would defined considered staying here again!

I have stayed several times but this time was a little off. The room I got was not that same as last time and I asked to be moved but I was told I could not but the parking lot was empty. Also, I used one credit card to secure the reservation but when I arrived I provided another card to be used. The hotel charged my card for the deposit but the original card for the stay which was not what I requested.

Loved the stay!
Super easy check in and fast which we appreciated but what we loved most was we did not get a sales pitch forced on us and bothered our entire stay like most vacation rentals in Orlando. The room was spacious and comfy but the cleaning product smell was intense. Easy to get to the room and the hot tub was enjoyed by some of our party. We will definitely be back!

Nice stay and conveniently located to Disney parks. King bedrooms had spacious bathrooms and very comfortable beds. We liked that each king room had door to enclosed balcony. However, the twin beds had thin mattresses that were uncomfortable, at least for an adult. Hard to open cabinets without any handles, no bag for ice bucket and tiny dead insects on window sill in kitchen. Staff was very responsive to all our requests.

We were there to visit the parks--Disney parks were about 15 minutes away on average, Universal was about 35 with traffic. LEGOLAND was almost an hour. Had 7 guests total in our suite. Two "Master" rooms with king beds and attached, spacious bathrooms with tubs. One room with a queen bed, anther room with a twin bed with trundle. Those rooms shared a small bathroom. Pullout sofa in the living room as well. Property was clean and tidy. Plenty of linens. We LOVE that there was a washer and dryer inside the suite. Used the kitchen to cook lunches primarily, as we have food intolerances in our group and eating out regularly can be difficult. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Beautiful, large pool available. We never got to use it because the aftershock of Hurricane Helene came through on the day we had planned to swim.

This property is great for extended or fsmily vacations. Its clean and the staff is professional and kind. It is in great proximity to all amusement parks. They also have a gym, pool, and theatre which is great for days off from the parks. It os my favorite property that i've vacationed at and would definitely recommend.

The employees at the Berkley were so friendly. The beds were very comfortable. Every area of this resort was kept so clean. We had an issue with our fridge and a hornet nest on our screened in porch. The issues were resolved so quickly. We will be coming back for sure! Wonderful place!
