Sitting couch was stained and dirty…room had no sheets for the pull out bed or blankets. Shower walls had long strains of hair on the tile; my wife refused to use the shower. Pros: Nice, friendly front desk and bistro staff (except for the one breakfast lady that either was having a bad day or hates her job); room was clean; decently clean common areas (not spotless); comfy bed. Cons: Selected every-other-day room cleaning during online check-In, which never happened during my 4-day stay; no cups by the coffee maker; gym was dirty, mat was old, no wipes.
