On arrival staff were brilliant, there was four of us booked in and they took time to show us to our rooms which was lovely The Gym was so well equipped the hotel pictures absolutely do not do it justice, fully equipped to suit the most seasoned daily gym goer, having a gym available whilst I’m away is a bonus for me and this was perfect in every way The restaurant in the evening was amazing lots of room between tables and food excellent with a wide choice to suit everyone Room comfortable and well presented And the breakfast in the morning was a 10/10 Lastly check out quick and simple Will definitely stay here again personally and through work

Friendly staff. Limescale in toilet and splash stains on wall by radiator. Could do with more storage I.e. drawers in bedside tables. Comfy bed, nice dark room. Breakfast good, maybe a cold meat & cheese section would be nice. Our room was near amenities so noisy first and last thing, some signs reminding guests to be quiet would be helpful. We stayed for two nights, overall excellent we would definitely recommend and return

Our room was clean and tidy, so no complaints, but I had paid for an upgrade, but to be honest it appeared to be just a standard room. The food in the restaurant was average and my rump steak was sent back as it was full of gristle. Very disappointing. The bar closed at 10.30pm, which was very surprising for a midweek night (not a Sunday). The carpets along the corridors definitely needed cleaning. I was under the impression that this was a 4* hotel, but it fell short in my opinion. However, I could not fault the staff. They were very friendly, helpful and polite.
