Great stay. Host communicated prior to arrival with check in information and help with directions to the property. Quick and easy check in process. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served and was great with a variety of foods including fresh cooked omelets. All staff was kind and helpful. Very close to lots of places to eat and activities.

Really close to centre less than 5 mins to the Riva. Lovely modern property, clean. Breakfast was OK and to be expected for such a small hotel. Continental with no hot options. However lots of places nearby if you wanted something like this. To improve would recommend adding a safe to the room. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Small hotel with only 5 rooms. Good location in Split. Was a little difficult to find in the start with all the small streets, but we eventually learned the way. Reseptionist came and got us down the street for check in which was nice. They took our towels on day 2 and replaced them with tiny ones we couldnt wrap around ourselves. Stair case to the rooms is small narrow, and hard to walk on. Breakfast was good but very repetitive and no warm food available. (Offered an egg sometimes). Reseptionist was very friendly and helpful! However they couldnt store our suitcase after checkout for us to go get lunch before our flight :(

The bathroom was very spacious and had a heated floor! AC worked very well in the room, smaller rooms but had everything we needed. Within walking distance to Old Town and many good food spots and shopping. Breakfast was good and they can make omelets upon request. Hosts were very friendly!

Throughout our stay we only had one key card which also operated the room power and therefore the water heater. Setting aside the inconvenience of one person always having to go down the stairs to let the other one in if we separated, whenever we would go out for the day we would come back to no hot water. The stairs were also very precarious, impossible for anyone with any kind of mobility issue.

There was never any hot water for a shower and our room/bathroom smelled of damp and mould. The Tv remotes didn’t work. We were provided only with two small thin individual blankets even though we are a couple. The spiral staircase is so small you can barely fit up it yourself let alone with your luggage and also it’s dangerous as there is no hand rail. The building is so small that you can hear anytime someone shuts a door or is talking downstairs.

Kommunikasjon var helt topp med resepsjonen. De svarte raskt på telefon og vi ble plukket opp mot betaling på flyplass. Vårt fly var svært forsinket, men det var null problem. Litt vanskelig å treffe på korrekt gata og inngang til hotellet. Vi kom etter stengetid for resepsjonen og hadde fått kode, så det gikk fint. Ingen skilt utenfor med hotellets navn. Da vi kom inn skulle vi opp med to tunge kofferter opp en svært smal og bratt vindeltrapp. Det var bare såvidt vi fikk det til. Senger var fantastiske, balkong var liten og med utsikt til bakgården. Betjeningen var super og hjelpsom. Badet var moderne og flott. Svært sentralt hotell, men god frokost. Kun 5 rom på dette hotellet , gjorde dette til en hyggelig overnatting. Vi lå der i 3 netter. Det eneste vi manglet var litt flere knagger til håndklær og et skohorn🤗

Ein sehr kleines Hotel aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man für eine Städtetour braucht. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück war liebevoll angerichtet und hatte alles, was man so braucht.. Nicht empfehlenswert ist das Hotel für Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkung, da die Zimmer nur über eine schmale, steile Wendeltreppe zu erreichen sind. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, in 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Riva.

Top hotel. Top locatie, rustig en in het oude centrum. Ontbijt was voortreffelijk. Valentina super vriendelijke host met veel tips. Voor herhaling vatbaar
