Hated the shower design where there is NO way to take a shower without spilling the water out, this can definitely use some improvement! The hotel itself was fine- clean and well-maintained, and the staff was great! Unfortunately, breakfast was underwhelming, and I felt bad there was only one staff member at the helm trying to keep up with dozens of patrons at once. Several items had already run out by 8 AM, despite breakfast being served until 9:30 AM. The biggest frustration, however, was the additional fees. On-site parking was $40 per night, and a surprise $40 resort fee was added to the bill. Granted, the hotel offers a $20 nightly credit toward the restaurant, bar, or store, but that hardly offsets the additional $80 per night in fees that weren’t clearly disclosed upfront. Overall, the experience was fine, but the unexpected costs and lackluster breakfast left a disappointing impression.

We are a family of 5. We arived right before check-in at 4 didn't get a room until 6:15. Room we received had a broken bathroom door that wouldn't shut. Took multiple hours to fix. Stayed during the week in the summer which I know is off season but they seemed perpetually understaffed. Breakfast was typical, pool and hot tub were nice amenities. Location is great.
