One of the most beautiful hotels that I have ever stayed in. The room we stayed in was done to an excellent standard and this was the theme throughout the hotel, everything felt very luxurious and we definitely left feeling refreshed and relaxed. All staff were always around to answer any questions or give recommendations. Can't wait to come back!

Great property. The pool was a highlight. We also loved the rooftop bar and restaurant where we had a full breakfast. Our suite was spacious and well appointed. The only issue was the AC was not cooling but we were there on the hottest day of the year. The hotel staff provided us with a fan which was a big help.

A luxorious sense of Bali in Copenhagen. Amazing & adorable room feeling like a small flat with kitchen pentry & livingroom. Clean & tidy. Location 10 min walk from centralstation a big +. Lovely breakfast bufe. We were not so impressed by the dinner menu a bit simple food but the view from 6th floor balanced it up.

The hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly, the view and pool was 10/10, the room was pretty clean as well. The breakfast was pretty good too. The only thing I won’t recommended is dinner to be fair it was pretty bad we had 5 course meals for me the only good thing was the dessert and dumplings, anything else was kind uneatable.

Taxis have to pickup and drop off on a side street around the hotel which is not convenient when you have luggage. Elevators are small and hard to get in and out of. Room was facing the street and noisy. Bathroom was small and you had to sit on the toilet sideways. All the amenities were 5 star.
