We really enjoyed our stay at The White Hart Hotel. It was so convenient to the train station, and Lewes is such a lovely town to explore. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. We especially loved the onsite dining. Breakfast was excellent, dinner was fantastic, and the food overall was truly amazing. We would happily stay here again!

A historic, beautiful ole inn in the middle of a beautiful, old, historic town. Main street is a bit busy, but not bad at all in early September. Once inside, not a single street sound. Lots of pubs to choose from close by.

A very pleasant hotel to stay in with an excellent bar, beautiful restaurant and stunning terrace. The food was excellent and a lot of thought, time and money has clearly gone into decorating the rooms. Thank you for a wonderful stay

A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a beautiful hotel with a rich history in the delightful town of Lewes. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and an en-suite shower room. Dining was excellent, the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful.

Very old property with upgrades so you have to expect some issues. - small rooms narrow corridors no lift small shower. Bed was great undulating floors made you feel drunk but I don’t drink so…. Worst problem was lack of parking. And it’s a long way away
