Parking was easy and the hotel was very nice. Was told where breakfast would be and got fruit off of what seemed to be a standard continental breakfast only to find out we had to pay for a buffet. Hot food had to be ordered separate. This was just not the standard of most Hilton properties so I didn't care for it much. Pool was also closed.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool and when we arrived the pool was closed. The staff reported the pool was closed for 1 month. If that info was on the website I would have booked a different hotel.

Room had bugs. We asked for another room and that one also had bugs. Staff extremely rude and not helpful at all. Person in charge that evening said, “This is the south, and we have bugs in the south”.
