This hotel is perfect. It's clean and comfortable, nearby metro, a huge mall, and plenty of great places. The staff is so friendly. The room is comfortable, bed and pillows and shower is so big. Breakfast is also abundant and delicious!! Noodles and classic for Chinese and eggs and bacon for westerners.

I love how the hotel has a stylish decoration and its cleanliness. The staff were also nice though some of them may not speak English fluently. The housekeeping in my floor was truly nice, she couldn't speak english but she tried to communicate with us. We love her cleaning skills that make our room kept clean everyday. The hotel location is also convenience for taking metro especially Line 2. We will surely stay at this hotel again next time!

Close to metro, just around the corner was really good especially visit in winter. Room view pleasant looking out to Changning Road. Breakfast was fair as choices were limited but some local food, like xiaolongbao was delicious. Twin bed room size in fact was moderate however no proper space to accommodate two lugguages, my friend had to sqat down everytime for packing, not so covenient.

以前は【ペンタホテル（上海貝爾特酒店）】と言ってたところですね。１５～１６年ぶりに使わせていただきました。チェックインカウンターが２階になって少し変わりましたが、客室等はペンタホテル時代とあまり変化ないと思います。１階で食事ができた時に比べると現在の２階では狭くなったのと朝食事の種類が減ったと思います。個人的には朝がゆに期待していたので、残念でした。しかし、中山公園地区の中心部にあってはコスパ最高です。
