Old-world charming hotel
This hotel has a good location. It is several blocks from the Milan central station. Across the street is a mini supermarket where you can buy water or drinks. Walk two blocks to the metro station. The hotel is old-world charming. The bathroom is spacious and luxurious. The breakfast is great. I will stay here again if I come back to Milan next time.

We chose this hotel for its close proximity to Milano Centrale train station. The property is in need of maintenance and food options for breakfast were limited. Staff did not seem friendly and still have a glass barrier up around hotel reception from the COVID days - it gives the impression they want to keep their distance from guests! The hotel is surrounded by nice streets and was close to transport and restaurants.

Overall very good hotel but without coffee.
The standard was good. Cleaning and service excellent. Excellent location. I was unlucky with the room and got a window to the back-alley (with no light). This happens sometimes. There was no coffee, nor water heater in the room, nor no coffee in the reception. For a 4 star hotel (and combined with the service I was offered) I would expect this. Overall a good stay though.

Hotel on main road, making it very noisy at night, even with the window closed.Poor sleep. Room stuffy, no air con until June! Staff at breakfast lovely but over worked. Get to breakfast before 9am or nothing left, very slow to re stock food. Beverages delivered very Slowly. Television in room had no sky tv, reception not very helpful.
